Vanilla ice cream

Easy and fun recipe for vanilla ice cream. Everyone’s favorite vanilla ice cream. Make it at home very easily. Everyone’s favorite, big or small. For those who love to cook or are happy to make different things and feed their loved ones, here is a very easy recipe to make vanilla ice cream at home.


 3 cups milk,

 1 tablespoon cornflower,

 Half cup cream,

Half a cup of sugar

 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup.


  • Take a small bowl and pour half a cup of milk in it. Then add cornflower in the same amount and stir well so that the cornflower can be well mixed in the milk. Now set the bowl aside.
  • Take a deep nonstick pan and pour the rest of the milk into it. Then boil the milk for 6-7 minutes on low heat. But in this case, one thing to keep in mind, is that when the milk boils, then it must be stirred evenly!
  • Once the milk is boiled, add the required amount of sugar and milk-cornflower mixture and stir well so that each ingredient gets a chance to mix with each other.
  • Now boil the mixture on medium heat for 5 minutes.
  • When you see that the mixture has cooled, mix the amount of cream and vanilla syrup and stir well. Then the mixture should be poured into an aluminum container and covered with aluminum foil.
  • Now lower the aluminum container and keep it in the deep freezer for 6 hours.
  • When the time comes, the mixture should be poured into the mix and blended well. Then pour the mixture back into the aluminum container and refrigerate for at least 10 hours.
  • Vanilla ice cream will be ready to serve after 10 hours.
